Most agencies we have encountered do not have this in place so always check they are financially stable and contractually obliged to pay even if they themselves do not get paid!

*Note this is becoming industry standard but some agencies still do not offer it so if you are working through another agency always check this is included.

6. Can you assist with tax advice, advice on payroll solutions including setting up a limited company?

As we are NOT a professional services firm and are not regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) we are unable to offer any formal advice on tax and payroll solutions.
