With increased digitisation in the survey industry, it is essential that freelancers gain access to software developments and new skills. That’s why we’re teaming up with several leading software companies to deliver training courses which will help you enhance your current skill set and develop new tools for your offshore career.

Why are we doing this?

We believe that facilitating training courses can help address skills gaps in the market, especially during peak-season (e.g. sought-after positions such as Oasis Montaj processors on UXO jobs and EIVA Processors on installation projects). The training courses are also a good way for new freelancers to enter the market, providing them with knowledge of in-demand software and introductions to clients. Freelancers are increasingly becoming a core part of the offshore industry – an awareness of software developments and enhanced skillsets allow them to cover the varied scopes of work that characterize the current offshore energy market.

As an agency, we are invested in the future careers of our freelancers and in making sure that our clients have the best quality people for projects.
